After having received your project inquiry, we are looking for the best-fit project team, evaluating criteria such as skills, engagement and project experience.
Our team reflects on your challenges and prepares a proposal. If our methods and skills fit your expectations, both parties will sign a project contract.
For the project, we provide a team of experienced Student Consultants and an alumnus of our organization as a Project Controller. This guarantees our quality standards. An agreement to present intermediate results can be made to ensure that the team stays on the right track of solving your challenge.
After finishing work on your project, we present our results to you in a final presentation. We will also provide you with concrete measures to implement our findings.
We only select high-potential, passionate and deeply committed students. Our recruiting process was jointly developed with Horvath & Partners and approved by the Professor for Human Capital Management at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich.
Every student starting at The Consulting Academy Nairobi passes through a series of trainings to achieve the necessary skills for consulting.
From day one, our members experience challenging project work. Our team has completed numerous projects for re-known clients. This expertise is transferred through a sophisticated knowledge management to all our members.
Each project is headed by an experienced Project Manager and supervised by a Controller. This role incarnates a mentor and guide for the project, providing extensive feedback, keeping an overview and acting as a backup. Controllers have to be exceptionally experienced consultants and are often alumni of The Consulting Academy or Academy Consult Munich.
